Your Developing Baby-
• When you’re 37 weeks pregnant, the average size is about 6.3 pounds (2860gm) now and 19.2 inches (49cm) length.
• He is officially full term now, he can come any time.
• He continues to gain weight — developing fat at the rate of half an ounce (14 grams) a day. In general, boys weigh more than girls at birth.
• Your baby continues to practice breathing movements.
• When you’re 37 weeks pregnant, your baby exactly looks like a new born baby. Now your baby’s full grown up, and ready to come out.

Your Changing Body-
By this week or next, you may discharge mucus plug from your body, as the cervix dilates in preparation for the labor. The mucus Plug (prevent the uterus from infection) can be lost a few weeks, days, or hours before labor and is thick, yellowish, and may be tinged with blood (the mucus plug is also called bloody show). Don’t worry, it’s normal thing, but if it’s sudden or heavy flow, you may call your physician.

37 Weeks Pregnant- Sign and Symptoms
• Heartburn, since baby continues to put pressure on your digestive system.
• Spotting because of the mucus plug.
• Stretch marks.
• As baby’s approaching towards down side, you have to go washroom repeatedly.
• Trouble sleeping. Take sufficient rest. Small nap is also good, because long sleep is now difficult.
